We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, subscribe to our service, or contact support. This includes your name, email address, business name, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never store full card numbers).

We also collect your Yelp business credentials (email and password) solely for the purpose of operating the automated response service on your behalf. These credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM and are never shared with third parties.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the AutoBizPro service
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails (verification, password reset, survey results)
• Respond to your support requests
• Monitor for fraud, abuse, and security issues

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

Your Yelp login credentials are used exclusively to access your Yelp business inbox and send automated responses on your behalf. Credentials are encrypted before storage and decrypted only at the moment the service accesses your Yelp account. You may delete your account and all associated credentials at any time.

We share your information only with:

• Stripe — for payment processing
• Amazon Web Services — for hosting and infrastructure
• Google (Gmail SMTP) — for sending transactional emails

We do not share your data with any other third parties unless required by law.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted storage of sensitive credentials, hashed passwords (bcrypt), and short-lived access tokens. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time through your account settings. You may also contact us directly to request a copy of your data or to request deletion.

We use only essential cookies required to operate the service (session tokens). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

AutoBizPro is a business service and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
