Terms of Service

By creating an account or using AutoBizPro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including businesses and individuals accessing the Service on behalf of a business.

AutoBizPro is a subscription-based software service that automates responses to messages received through your Yelp business inbox. The Service requires you to provide your Yelp account credentials, which are used solely to access and respond to messages on your behalf.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

AutoBizPro is offered on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

A 14-day free trial is available for new accounts. No charge is made during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading responses
• Violate Yelp's Terms of Service or any applicable laws
• Impersonate any person or business
• Engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

By providing your Yelp credentials, you represent that you are authorized to use that account and that doing so does not violate any agreement with Yelp. You are solely responsible for the content of automated responses sent through your account. AutoBizPro is not affiliated with Yelp Inc.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, outages, or interruptions caused by third parties (including Yelp), infrastructure issues, or events outside our control.

The AutoBizPro platform, software, and content are owned by Falcon Engineering Group and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoBizPro and Falcon Engineering Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of business, loss of revenue, or reputational harm. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
